Refunds and Returns
While we hope you’ll love your Mini Magoo purchase, we kindly remind you that we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, so please select your favourite items thoughtfully.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@minimagoo.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to evaluate the issue and make it right.
If, in any case, your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note, shipping for returns due to damaged goods are at the cost of Mini Magoo.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Mini Magoo will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have specific questions about your item, please reach out to us at hello@minimagoo.com.au.
In the case of damaged goods, you are eligible for a full refund. Mini Magoo will cover the shipping costs for returns related to damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@minimagoo.com.au.
